We offer both local pickup and shipping options for our products. During the checkout process, you will be able to select your preference.
How long does a flag take to create?
We try to keep several variations of our products on hand when possible. However, due to the popularity of specific designs, some items are made to order. If this is a custom design or we don't have your desired flag on hand, we aim to deliver within 7-10 days. After placing your order, you will receive email notifications as your product passes through each stage of the production process. Please contact us if you need a rush order.What are the dimensions of your flag?
The dimensions are 21 1/8" x 11 1/8" x 3/4", weighing in at 3.5lbs.
What is the turn-around time for my order to be completed?
From the moment you place your order, you will receive status updates as it passes through each stage of the design process. We aim to have orders completed within 5 - 7 days, however, you can check it's status at any time through the link provided in the confirmation email.Which payment methods do you accept?
